Hi Emma thanks again for your advice! Have indeed checked out your 4 month sleep regression video and pdf and found it really helpful! We’re now sleep training our LO and she can self settle so am only waking up now for the true feeds (1-2 a night) 🙂 thanks for your support!

Forgot to add her bedtime is fairly consistent 7.30-8pm and wake time is less consistent but around 7-8am.

Hi Emma, so LO bedtime is around 7/8pm, sleeps till about 10.30pm and wakes for a feed. Then wakes every 1.5 to 2 hours after 1.#m
