<p>My little one is nearly 7 months and has been a little champ at having long naps during the day. </p>
<p>His morning and lunchtime naps are often 1-2 hours and I tend to offer him a 3rd nap in the pram between 4-5pm before a 6.30/7pm bedtime. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve noticed recently he&#8217;s starting crying heavily in the pram in protest for this final nap. Is this&hellip;</p>

<p>My little boy is nearly 7 months old and we are in a bit of a routine of 3 overnight feeds which I offer since he only wakes after 3+ hours of sleep so I figure that he may be hungry. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s become very consistent and I guess I just wonder wether it&#8217;s becoming a habit or this is age appropriate? How do I know when to start dropping&hellip;</p>

<p>I know in your course you recommended not to use the Snoo however it’s too late for me and my baby has used it from birth. I plan to transition him out at 6 months old which is in 2 months time. </p>
<p>I plan to start taking 1 arm out soon and then the other and then will put the Snoo on weaning mode (which uses only sound and no motion) but&hellip;</p>

<p>I’m in a cycle of breastfeeding my 4mo baby to sleep for naps and bedtime. I find this the most effective as he doesn’t seem to settle easily with any rocking or bouncing and finds it more stimulating then anything and gets irritated and grumpy (or maybe I’m just not very good at it and need to keep persisting until I find a way&hellip;</p>

<p>Yes I’ve found using a blend of age appropriate wake windows and reading tired signs to work best as I was finding he wasn’t matching up to any set schedules I was following! </p>
<p>All of this advice has been really helpful and I’m starting to see progress. </p>

<p>I’m one week in and have achieved 4/7 of the morning naps in the bassinet but have learnt a lot along the way so feeling optimistic for the week ahead and that we may be more confident to achieve lunchtime naps in the bassinet next! Also staying consistent with the nap schedule which I can already see that he&hellip;</p>

<p><span>I’m in the process of trying to get my almost 4 month old settling into his bassinet for his daytime naps (instead of on me or in the pram/car). </span></p>
<p><span>I’m taking your advice with tackling the first nap of the day and once comfortably achieving that, trying for the next nap as well.</span></p>

<p>I have a 16 week old who has become quite accustomed to a contact nap during the day after depending on this whilst on holidays recently (whoops!)</p>
<p>Im back into our normal routine now but the moment I put him down to nap he wakes up crying (we don’t have the same problem at night, he happily goes to sleep in his bassinet). </p>
