The problem I’m having is sometimes her awake window start getting longer if I don’t help her to sleep..,I heard letting be up more than 2 hours is not good so If she doesn’t sleep by herself I find myself letting be in my arms!! Or if the nap is too short I sometimes finish again…with her in my arms n for example last&hellip;</p>

I’m trying this my best!! But know I have another issue, we put her to bed around 8pm and now she’s waking up around 5:30 am! So I don’t know what to do to not over feed her because she seems hungry!
