Thank you Emma. Please see answers below:
– yes, 7am rise every day
– yes we use a dummy
– morning nap 9am for 40 mins, afternoon nap we try to do 1hr 30 for her longer nap of the day but needs to be on the move. If achieved, 1 more nap around 4/4.30 for 40 mins (she averages around 2hr 50 for day naps). If she only does a short nap at lunch, she’ll have a further 2 40 mins and bedtime will be pushed later
– nap routine – if at home, into sleep sack, white noise on, read a book, lay down in crib awake and sit with her to fall asleep, turn off lights – usually quite quick
– bedtime usually between 7-8pm depending on naps in the day, sometimes can be later. I think she’s actually better with a later bedtime but not sure!! Routine is – wake from last nap, play on the mat in the lounge, bath, last feed in the lounge, sit with us whilst we eat, into bedroom and into sleep sack, lie down in crib, white noise on, story until asleep, low lights left on (she doesn’t love the dark!)
– been tracking for 7 days but have been trialling a few different bedtimes depending on naps. On average, last nap tends to end between 4.30/5 and then bedtime around 7.30 (if I can stretch it this long). For the past 9 weeks she has always woken 40 mins later. If she’s not up every hour (RIP us) usually does her longer stretch from around 9/9.30.
– shares with me and my husband, we go to bed around 9.30
– room is quiet and around 19 degrees, but not completely dark, we have a dim red light on.
– yes we follow the wake, feed, play, sleep during the day
