<p>&#8211; ⁠morning nap 9am for 40 mins, afternoon nap we try to do 1hr 30 for her longer nap of the day but needs to be on the move. If achieved, 1 more nap around 4/4.30 for 40 mins (she averages around 2hr 50 for day naps). If she only does a short nap at lunch,&hellip;</p>

This began at the start of my baby’s 4-month sleep regression (she’s now 5.5 months). No matter what time bedtime is, she always wakes after about 40 minutes, crying intensely. The only way she’ll settle again is by breastfeeding. Sometimes she’ll wake another 4–5 times before&hellip;</p>
