<p>Just wondering how I can best support my baby. There’s a few things going on with sleep currently. </p>
<p>Daytime: naps are around 30-45 minutes at the moment. They were more like an hour and have recently got shorter. She then can stay awake for 1.5 &#8211; 2 hours before getting grizzly. But seems a bit more quick to moan then when she was sleeping&hellip;</p>

<p></p>
<p>So sometimes (quite often) my baby cries when I rock her at sleep time/ as soon as she realises it’s sleep time so the lights low, song and rocking. I’ve tried rocking her for longer but the crying tends to escalate. Then one day I just put her down crying she immediately stopped and fell asleep.</p>

<p>Thanks for the advice, I’ve done a few things and I’ve answered the other questions below. </p>
<p>Bedtime routine:</p>
<p>Lights dimmed, Change nappy, massage, pjs, sleep sack, lights off, sound on, song then crib.</p>
<p>I settle her with a bit of rocking. And I put her down eyes open. </p>
<p>Nap routine:</p>
<p>Sleep sack on, Curtains closed, lights off, sound machine&hellip;</p>

She then usually is tied and falls asleep after an hour of wake time and that’s pretty consistent &#8211; without me putting her to sleep it’s the one nap where she gives real clear sleepy cues and falls of to sleep easily. </p>

<p>So we started as a contact napper and co-sleeping. And we’ve slowly transitioned into the next to me crib. we’ve started practicing napping in the crib  for one nap since 7 weeks. And we are now at a point where she sleeps in the crib for all naps and also night time sleep &#8211; for the last 3 weeks (with a couple of unsuccessful&hellip;</p>
