<p>My wife and I are loving your tips and have seen great improvement in our LO’s sleep. We had 6 “excellent” nights, followed by two bad ones, followed by two good ones (fingers crossed tonight is a third). I had three semi-specific questions:</p>
<p>1. Is there a “natural nap schedule” for a baby? As in, will our baby consistently have an xx&hellip;</p>

We had another great night last night&#8230;we&#8217;re doing everything we can not to rock the boat. It seems persistence and consistency is still key at times like this.</p>
<p>We watched our monitor from last night, and it turns out she woke up twice and was up for 20-30 minutes, but then self soothed and went back to sleep without&hellip;</p>
