I&#8217;ve done my best to sift through the prior posts on this form but am confused.</p>
<p>My son is 9 weeks (but born 3 weeks early) and this is the cycle I am unsure how to break out of.</p>
<p>He has never been a good sleeper. His bed time and wake times are inconsistent. His naps are all over the place&hellip;</p>
