<p>I havent answered you the other day because I tried to apply all your recommendation and come back with feedback.</p>
<p>I have put Hellen at 8 pm since we discuss it and she has few days she wake up between 6am-6:15 instead of 5 am. So thats great. 🙂 </p>

<p>However I ve got some questions.</p>
<p><span>About 8pm bedtime. Assuming she wakes up from her 2nd nap at 1:30pm or 2pm, is it ok to get her bedtime  after 5-6 hours, is it possible to become overtired and then awake at night?? Also when she omit last nap, because she is not tired , then when&hellip;</span></p>

<p>Apologies, I havent made everything clear. I will try again. Just to let you know everything is approximately and everything depends on her naps. This schedule I ve followed since last week, because she started to extend some of her naps to one hour, otherwise I used to follow the one you recommend in your previous message.</p>

<p>Helen is going well, we had few issues with her self soothing method because she start roll and now she is sitting, but it seems now she starts again to sleep independently.</p>
<p>My issue now is that she wakes up around 5 to 6:00am and then she found difficult to fall asleep, even if I feed her.  She used to wake up at 7:00 am. </p>

<p>Yes all makes sense!</p>
<p>I apply your advice and looks likes it works, </p>
<p>She stops to wake up in the middle of the nap, if she rarely wakes I shushing her or give her a hug.</p>
<p>Now she stops her long naps, and is doing only 30 to 40/45 min naps, hopefully she is on growth spurt and she will start again to have long naps.</p>

<p>Helen starts took long naps in the morning, 1 and a half hour, at least most of the times, but sometimes especially on afternoon nap she wakes up after 20 min and if I took her&hellip;</p>

<p>Next week we will introduce blender food in Helen’s schedule, so hopefully this will not affect her naps and night sleep.</p>

<p>I wanna say that this settling pyramid method is awesome , and fits Helen’s temperament absolutely.  </p>
<p>My wife cannot hold and rock her as she standing and so she rock her in the bed, and continues with shhhh and pat. Leave first pat and at the end ssss, and Helen falls asleep&hellip;</p>

<p>Two weeks ago Helen use to sleep in her crib in morning nap1, nap2 to stroller outside and nap3 in her crib and then again in the stroller.</p>

<p>She is 4 month and 10 days, some times she wakes up at 1:30 or 3:30 (most of the times she fall asleep by herself, or she cries from 10-20 minutes and I talk to her to fall asleep.) Bedtime is 8:00 but I feel that from 7:30 she needs to go to&hellip;</p>
