Starting bottom up, yes, I’d say that schedule is pretty much the norm give or take unless there would be a short nap in there somewhere which would cause us to alter the schedule.</p>
<p>We will definitely follow through on your suggestions! I think 6:30-7am would be the appropriate wake up window&hellip;</p>

To answer these questions: I’d say her first two naps are always the longest, ranging from an hour and 15 minutes to 2 hours. The third nap begins to shorten and is usually 40-60 minutes. If she takes a fourth nap it is very brief, at 20-30 minutes, but it’s getting very difficult to even get her down for&hellip;</p>

We know this is very common for little ones, but we do not remember our other two giving us these struggles, so this is new to us! To answer your questions:</p>
<p>1. I would not say 100% consistent, but typically between 6:30am-7:30am</p>

Our LO, who’s now 3 months and 1 week has gotten fairly good at putting herself to sleep for her first two naps of the day but the third, (fourth if needed), and bed time she fights like no other. Bed time in particular can last 30-60 minutes to get her to fall&hellip;</p>
