Wow, it is going to be so unusual to get back to two nap schedule 🙈 but I am definitely going to try it and will let you know, how that will work. And I want to make sure I understood well: if I start bedtime at 7:30, I do put her to bed around 8, right?

I was just wondering if when you say that you move back down the pyramid before she falls asleep, does this mean you move out of her line of sight so that she falls asleep without you in view? > If it is possible yes, but if she stirs too much, she falls asleep while I am in view or patting her.

Hi Emma!

So, I applied your suggested schedule, and it worked pretty well. I only started putting her to nap at 11:30 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. because if I put her at that time, she tends to fall asleep but wakes up after a few minutes, and then it is hard to put her back to sleep, and 11:30 worked better.
