So, I applied your suggested schedule, and it worked pretty well. I only started putting her to nap at 11:30 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. because if I put her at that time, she tends to fall asleep but wakes up after a few minutes, and then it is hard to put her back to sleep, and 11:30 worked better.
