<p> Thanks it was nice to see family, especially after relocation we miss everyone 🙂 </p>
<p>Usually I was giving her something to eat at 10:45-11:00 when we were out for a walk and was puting her to sleep at 12:15 pm. But lately I gave her snack at 11:30-11:45 am and put her to sleep at 12:45. I think she poops between 1-1:45 pm, because usually&hellip;</p>

<p>Thanks for your answer.<br />Now she mainly wakes up at 6:30 and I put her to the crib at 12:20 but she doesn&#8217;t sleep until 1-1:10 pm, isn&#8217;t it too long wake window for her? She isn&#8217;t crying all the time, mainly talking to herself or calling me(( But sometimes she cries too.<br />There are days that she doesn&#8217;t sleep until 1:30 and then I go in&hellip;</p>

<p>Can you please give an advice how to keep her sleep independently while travelling? We are visiting my brother in law, we&#8217;ll stay in their place but in my previous experience when we slept at my mother&#8217;s house she was crying(she wasn&#8217;t used to the house) and I read books to her until she slept and then put her to the crib. <p>Thanks a lot for your response.<br />Yes, I want something that I can take off when she doesn&#8217;t sleep, need to find something that is easy to take off and on.<br />The last days she usually sleeps at 12:10 until 12:45 with a short waking in a middle. <p>Thanks a lot. I tried putting her at 12:10 pm this 2 days and it seems she sleeps more quickly. And yesterday she woke up after an hour cried a little and slept another 30 minutes, but then at bedtime she was crying. So this two days O took her out of the crib at 2 pm and she had difficulty sleeping at 6:30 pm, maybe shift a little?</p>

<p>Yes, sorry, that was a typo, she turned 16 months old on 18th.<br />When she skips her nap at first she is with lot of energy but her eyes are tired. And at the end of the day she starts fussing, at around 5 pm. Yesterday, for example, we were out, she was in a carrier and fell asleep on our way home, so I put her to bed at 5:30 and she&hellip;</p>

<p>I was wondering if I am putting her early wouldn&#8217;t she still fall asleep just maybe not immediately, why she won&#8217;t fall asleep for example 30 minutes later? Is there possibility that she may be overtired by 11 am? She turn 14 months today.</p>

<p>06:30 wake up<br />11:05 to the crib<br />she fell asleep very quickly, I looked at 11:09 she was lying down.<br />12:09 woke up but didn&#8217;t cry much, at 12:29 started crying</p>

<p>1. Yes, I shut the door.<br />2. It differs. Mainly at the beginning she cries and then starts to talk or kick the wall. Today for example she only cried for 30 minutes and then fall asleep, yesterday she fall asleep after 5 minutes of cring.</p>

<p>1. Yes we have a schedule. I woke her up at 6:30-45  am and go to her bedroom at 11:00 am for her nap. I put her into her sleep sack then read a book and then turn the white noise, put her to the crib, turn off the lights and leave the room.( I tell her that I&#8217;ll be in the next room while she is sleeping and that I love her 🙂 )</p>

<p>Thanks for the answer. I will try putting her a bit later and maybe at 6 pm bedtime? When we are reading a book at bedtime as soon as I close the book she starts crying, but before she wasn&#8217;t doing that 🙁 </p>
<p>And when you said 2 hours more or less so it can be 9 or 16 hours a day?</p>

<p>And another thing I don&#8217;t understand is that for the past 2 weeks she is napping independently but still doesn&#8217;t sleep long, 1 hour, it&#8217;s still better, before she was sleeping only 30 minutes, but when it should lengthen to 2 hours? It should take some time? She should sleep 2-3 hours during day, right?</p>

<p>Thanks for your tips. I used chair method for the night training and for the naps I tried again chair method and wasn&#8217;t having any progress and was suggested to try check in method by a nurse from family center. </p>
<p>Her regular bedtime was at 6:30 I pushed it to 6:15, do you think it&#8217;s enough? Or maybe push it to 6 pm? She wakes up at 6:30&hellip;</p>

<p>The thing is I sleep trained her when she was 10 months old, but only for nights, for the naps I was breastfeeding her or my husband was rocking her. I started sleep training her for the naps 3 weeks ago.We are  trying to transition into one nap but she sleeps only 50-60 minutes(and still cries, sometimes short 2&hellip;</p>
