<p>1. I moved him into his own room at 5 months and the changes started when he turned 7 months. Yes, they also coincided with him starting to crawl. </p>
<p>2. Yes, he can roll from his back to his tummy on his own very well. (He cannot roll from his tummy to back quite yet.) </p>

<p>I took the course when my son was 5 months old. He had just moved to a crib in his own room which is cool, dark, and quiet. Up until then he mostly fell asleep with someone holding him. I started following a wake/eat/play/sleep schedule and was able to get him to sleep using the settling pyramid. Catnaps ended and he soon&hellip;</p>
