<p>I hope you had a peaceful Christmas time with your family and loved ones!</p>
<p>We are currently fighting with the 4 month sleep regression since about 2 weeks now. My little one is 17 weeks. </p>
<p>I know the wake windows should have lengthened by now. They did before the sleep regression started (about 2h then) but now he is yawning after being&hellip;</p>

<p>We will start transitioning out of the swaddle for naps and the feeding approach. As soon as that works I‘ll introduce the new approach for the nap routine and tackle the pacifier topic. </p>

<p>Thank you for your detailed reply. </p>
<p>He is sleeping better at night but that day was rough for naps. He cried a lot and one of the naps was 35 minutes of sleep while he constantly ate. we put him back in the swaddle. He started to have teething pain (or some kind of pre teething pain). I figured this is not the best time to add&hellip;</p>

<p>My little one ins 13 weeks old. He already entered the 4 month sleep regression. By the start of the short naps, I would say it started 1,5 weeks ago. Until 2 days ago it was no big deal, he was easy to settle and I started to let hin settle in the crib a week ago. It went&hellip;</p>
