I was following this advice as it seemed more logical. And, I haven’t been too strict about the distance; I just put the speaker on the other side of the room.</p>

<p>One set of advice says that the machine should be set to no more than 55db AND the baby should be 2m away.</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>Another set pf advice says that the level should be no more than 55db where the baby is (at least 2m away from the machine) and that you can check this with an app&hellip;</p>
