We’ve got the right sleep environment and sleep routine (diaper change, sleep sack, white noise, blinds), and our paed just told me to make him comfortable and wait it out regarding the reflux.

Currently starting back gradually with doing the pyramid in my arms (going from rocking to tapping to shushing standing still). It seems restarting the pyramid cold turkey didn’t agree with my 3mo old just yet. Another day, another try!
