Hi Emma!
Wow, it’s so nice you remember us! ❤️
My baby usually wakes up around 7 a.m. If she does not wake up, I wake her and let her sleep no longer than 7:30 a.m. (but it happens very rarely).
She starts her first and now only nap between 11 and 12 a.m. If she does not wake up herself, I cap her nap at 2 p.m. or after 2.5 hours of sleep.
Recently she falls asleep only around 9:30 pm.
Nap routine is very simple: I close curtains, put on a white noise machine, sing her lullaby while rocking, put her in the crib and she falls asleep on her own.
Same looks bedtime routine only before bedtime I turn on a lullaby, we read books, and some days it includes a bath. She used to fall asleep on her own or with little help but when she started to transition to one nap schedule bedtime became challenging and now she sometimes falls asleep in my arms or on her own but still with help and it is very hard for her to settle down: she falls asleep but then after few minutes wakes and the process starts over again.
She usually wakes 3-2 times a night (time varies), and one of the wakes usually happens early in the morning (between 4 and 6 am). First, I try shushing or path her and sometimes it works but if she does not fall asleep I feed her.
But again after the current transition sometimes she wakes up even more frequently.
She is starting off in the crib and then co-sleeping later in the night.
Take care!
