Hi Emma,

Thank you for your advice. I watched the video on purple crying and that fits with us. A later bedtime has worked alot better. Can I ask how to know when to make bedtime earlier and how do I make it earlier when the time comes? Do you have any recommendations on when to wean swaddling as I am getting mixed advice on whether it is better to do between 8-12 weeks or later.
