    Hi Emma,

    Thank you very much for your insights! You are right that she keeps falling asleep during feeding but wakes up when transferred. The “reset” of sleep pressure makes a lot of sense.

    We already started some of your recommendations today and we’re off to a much better morning already. I haven’t implemented a morning wake up time yet, but I will start that soon.

    I am looking forward to implementing all your tips, including the pyramid in the mornings. They are definitely doable.
