Yes all makes sense!

I apply your advice and looks likes it works,

She stops to wake up in the middle of the nap, if she rarely wakes I shushing her or give her a hug.

Now she stops her long naps, and is doing only 30 to 40/45 min naps, hopefully she is on growth spurt and she will start again to have long naps.
