Hi Emma,

Today’s nap are going better. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I wanna say that this settling pyramid method is awesome , and fits Helen’s temperament absolutely.

My wife cannot hold and rock her as she standing and so she rock her in the bed, and continues with shhhh and pat. Leave first pat and at the end ssss, and Helen falls asleep without our ssss.

Our question is when do we stop pat and ssss, meaning don’t do it at all.

Shall we continue and Helen someday will fall asleep without us at all, just like that?

Hopefully that makes sense!!
