Hi Emma, thank you very much. We will definitely try this. This has been going on for months now and we are exhausted.

Do you think this will also help her stretch her night sleep? Or is it something else? Her maximum stretch is 2.5 hours and I see in your one information sheet that from 4 months they can do anything from 5 hours +. She only woke up twice at one stage (around 4 months) but it has only gotten worse and she wakes up about 6 – 8 times a night now crying.

She falls asleep on her own at the start of the night (with her dummy and we have a small blanky with a tag)
